The details
-
What quality and ingredients can I expect? All my preparations are baked to order, fresh just before delivery and use the finest ingredients. I only use free range eggs, French butter, premium flours, 100% Belgium chocolate and organic cocoa powder and 100% pure Madagascan vanilla pods. I do not use any artificial flavors, only natural juices and zests. I drizzle my cakes with a homemade syrup to compliment the flavor and give a nice moist texture. All cake fillings are homemade using unique recipes developed over my +30 years of cake baking and patisserie.

How do I store my cake before consuming? All our cakes should be kept in a cool place or fridge between collection and serving. 6 degrees is preferable. We advise taking the cake out of the fridge one hour before serving to allow it to come up to room temperature (20-25 degrees). We advise serving cakes with fruits on the day of collection or delivery. Please note our flowers are decorative and not edible, except if requested to be done with fondant.
