What I create for you is made from your stories and experiences, seamlessly and beautifully woven into your celebrations and special moments. What you will taste will be an intricate blend of complimentary tastes that will surprise and delight.
I am a graduate of both the Chef and Patisserie training at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris and received a Grand Diploma and 2 Tres Bien awards.
My creations have been influenced by the cultures & tastes I have experienced in the many cities I’ve lived in around the world.
